We’re Clear Creek Homes, and we’ve been a modular home builder and dealer here in Bloomington, IN, since 2014. We offer sales and construction of modular homes. We started this business to create homes that our customers would be proud to show to their family and friends. We’re looking forward to partnering with South-Central and Southern Indiana consumers to continue providing affordable, high-quality homes with a focus on customer satisfaction. Brett and Kurt have both been there to help us along the way from before even ordering our house all the way up to now. We have had 1000 questions and all of them get answered and any issues we’ve had along the way have been dealt with. All of their service guys that have been out have been very knowledgeable and do good work. We have had several friends reach out recently to look into getting a house through them and I would absolutely recommend clear Creek homes to anyone!

Clear Creek has been amazing throughout our entire process of building! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality builder with excellent customer service. We had several issues when building our home that really weren't the fault of Clear Creek and each time, Clear Creek was there to check things, replace items/appliances, give us a longer warranty and has been super responsive the entire time. We've been in our home for about a year and half now and still are very pleased with the quality and amenities! We just had a settling crack appear and reached out to Clear Creek for advice, but instead they are sending their employee to fix the crack for us! Brett and Kurt helped us tremendously and were super friendly, regardless of why we were calling. I'm not sure if I've ever been as pleased with a company as we are with Clear Creek Homes!

Very friendly staff. Husband and I told them we were just looking and they were very accommodating to allow us to walk around and look. No pressure and no stress. Homes on site are beautiful. Worth a look. Staff invited us to come and visit anytime. Update : Hubby and I have walked through the model homes here on three separate occasions. Each time the staff were friendly and understanding of our very pushed out time line for building. They still answered our questions as if we were planning on starting our process right away. They have also been very helpful anytime we have reached out with questions via email. We definitely plan on purchasing a home from here when we are ready to build. We recommend you at least stop by and walk around. We think you will love what you see and feel as welcomed by the staff as we have each visit. Update Fall 2024: We have finally purchased our home and have been living in it for about 18 months now. I wanted to post a brief update about the ease of the buying and building experience. We had been looking at the models on-line and knew what we wanted when the time came to make the big decision. So when we walked in it was to discuss the details. Brett and the team made the entire experience easy. We sent estimates back and forth through email until we came to our price point. During this entire time communication was great. Our biggest obstacle was with our building permit. It just took a lot of time and revisions to get it 'just right'. Brett even went above and beyond and went to the Town Hall with me to assist in moving the process along. Fast forward to setting the home and preparing it for move in. That went so quickly. We signed our closing paperwork right before Christmas 2022 and moved in March 2023. We have had some minor repair issues, but nothing that a stick built house wouldn't have had as well. Again, the communication of the staff is always amazing. After we bought our home we work with Kurt, but he is fantastic too. The service texhs that come out to work have been professional and show up on time. They are respectful of our home each time they come. So, I close our my several year review with this..... I recommend Clear Creek Homes for at least your consideration when you are building. Keep in mind, if you are on the fence on building the manufactured housing method, that homes in neighthoods are being built so quickly and in the elements. I am not sure how much different the two methods are, other than the materials for the homes purchased at Clear Creek never are exposed to the elements without being sided or wrapped. Oh one last thing. If you need help finding a contractor for any of the work you are responsible for having done in preparation, they can provide suggestions for that as well 🙂.

Sadly I can't leave more than 5 stars, from the base sales people all the way up to the owner I have nothing but glowing things to say. If you're looking for a new home stop at Clear Creek! Absolutely incredible experience, understanding to difficult situations and they try to take as much burden off you as possible. I will be recommending to anyone I know looking to build a new home.
